If you asked a friend of Julian Alexander to describe him in one sentence, they’d probably say he’s the most impassioned extrovert they’ve ever met. Julian, who now lives in Malibu, but brings with him a varied knowledge of what it’s like to live in other cities—Soldotna, Alaska, Ashland, Oregon and Santa Monica to name a few—is all about exploration and squeezing every last drop out of life.
Julian, who joined the Pacific Union Malibu team in August of 2016, possesses a rich appreciation for everyone and everything around him—that shines through in both his profession and his personal life. He lives by the wise words of Confucius:
“If you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.”
Julian was born in Alaska and just before high school, his family relocated to Oregon. He attended Oregon State University where he was a celebrated athlete, competing in some of the world’s most elite rowing events. He went on to obtain a degree in Exercise Science and following that, spent some time backpacking and exploring Europe before relocating to Los Angeles for a new kind of exploration.
Beyond his genuine passion for high design and beautiful real estate, Julian is dedicated to physical well-being, starting each day with a gratitude exercise facing the ocean. He enjoys meeting like-minded individuals and serving the entrepreneurial and millennial communities within Malibu and the Westside.
In his spare time, Julian volunteers as a coach for the Malibu High School Football team and takes advantage of all that LA has to offer, from museums to beaches to popular restaurants to lesser-known chic corridors in various zip codes.
